Our phones are especially busy in the mornings, so it's best to call after 11 am or send us an email if you have general questions, if you need to request a prescription refill, or if you need to schedule an appointment for a future date.

You may send us an electronic message at any time. This method is NOT SECURE and any information you send to us may be viewed by strangers before we receive it. We will not use email to communicate confidential and/or health information to our patients unless a patient has sent us a message first through our website or direct email. We will respond to you, with a confirmation that we received your message, by email or phone on the same business day if we receive your email before 3 pm.
