Prescription Refill Request
Prescription Refill Requests generally require 2 days notice. We will acknowledge receipt of your refill request, by email or phone, on the same business day if we receive your email before 3 pm.
If you have not been seen in our office for longer than 12 months, you will be required to make an appointment with one of our physicians before we can refill your prescription.
Alexandria Primary Care will not use email to communicate confidential and/or health information to our patients unless a patient has first sent us a message through our website or our email address.
Your Prescription Refill Request sent through this website is sent over the internet and is not secure and it may be viewed by strangers before it reaches us. Please be aware that Alexandria Primary Care cannot guarantee the confidentiality or security of any information you send to us through this website or through direct email, and is not liable for any breach of confidentiality arising therefrom.
